The conversation surface (streaming answers, visible agent steps, citations back into the work, nested task drawers), a chat available from every page and the memory experience where users can read, edit, pin and delete what the assistant has learned, with provenance on every row.

Designed the automation workflow builderDesign

Node anatomy and states across a canvas of several hundred action types, branching and connector behaviour, execution and trigger visibility, and four ways to author an automation, because a single on-ramp is what kills adoption of a builder. Shipped with a testing path so nothing reaches production unrehearsed.

Owned the design systemDesign + Code

The product's design language across ~250 screens: the component set, the colour, spacing and type scales, and ~50 written rules for choosing between overlapping components, because drift came from two reasonable people making opposite calls rather than from carelessness. Authored the library and migrated the product onto it with three engineers.

Designed the incident flow end to endDesign

Designed and implemented the alert, triage, investigation and resolution experience. Reframed triage around what was handled, what repeated and what still needed a person; structured investigation into four question-led tabs, supported by ~69 evidence card types and clear outcome states.

Designed first-run onboardingDesign + Code

Designed and built a guided Setup Center that takes new tenants beyond initial account connection, helping them configure the required integrations and services needed to make the platform fully functional.

Product architecture and design-system foundations

Defined the original navigation model, information architecture, detail-page interaction patterns and early reusable design foundations for the product.

Monitoring and dashboards

Designed dashboard editing, panel configuration, query metrics, PromQL builder, service maps and log-viewing experiences.

FinOps and cost optimization

Designed the Optimize experience, cloud recommendations, priority views, recommendation details and blast-radius safety reading to help engineers understand savings, risk and downstream impact before applying changes.

Website and communication

Contributed to initial website versions, product presentation decks and supporting visual communication.
